A dark warehouse containing hundreds of casks of anCnoc sitting there quietly ageing is a very special thing to be allowed to see. It's like sneaking a glimpse into a holy place (a spiritual place!). Nothing seems to be happening but there's an incredible sense of time passing. Magic is happening––slowly and quietly. This Limited Edition is matured in American and Spanish oak barrels resulting in a refreshingly light dram.

Nose
Sweet and full-bodied bursting with spicy vanilla and rich toffee aromas followed by fresh lemons, cooked green apples and a just hint of coconut.
Taste
Sweet, warm and spicy. Dried fruit cake, creamy vanilla and toffee are followed by a distinct note of zesty orange peel and enveloped in leathery richness.
